The festival that made heads turn. Avuelapluma, the association that promoted the event, wanted a fresh, casual and phat image for a one-of-a-kind festival in Spain. Through touch-ups, we created two fictitious models that brought together the virtues of the ideal person with no taste: easy-going and much at ease with their style. We used this image to create different types of communication materials: flyers, banners, posters and merchandising.
Little by little, the festival populated the city of Cáceres and the people, attracted by the poster headings, didn’t hesitate to attend the event in hoards, all the while shouting: “A tope con la Cope!”
The public, wearing fanny packs, shoulder pads and beach purses was a complete success. Everyone ended up dancing like crazy fools and at the “Antisonar de España”, not worrying that they were making fools of themselves and happier than clams.
